What we cover — and what we don't
We'll never claim coverage we don't have. Public contracts over £30k reach your feed through the statutory sources we ingest daily — Find a Tender, Contracts Finder and Public Contracts Scotland— whichever portal the buyer runs. Under that, some councils publish their smaller quote work on portals we don't ingest yet (In-tend, Delta, Jaggaer, Proactis and others). Search your patch below to see exactly where each authority sits.
One exception, and it is a real gap: Sell2Wales. Source paused — Welsh Government OCDS API unavailable since Mar 2026. Historical notices remain browseable. So if the work you bid for is advertised only on Sell2Wales, we are not currently a complete feed for you. Welsh notices above the threshold still reach us through Find a Tender.
In your feed
We ingest that portal directly (for example ProContract / Due North), so the authority's opportunities — including smaller quote work — appear in BidSquirrel, scored to your business.
Covered above £30k
Their higher-value work is in your feed via the statutory sources. Their under-£30k quote work sits on a portal we don't ingest yet — we name it, flag it, and deep-link you straight there.
Coverage of the smaller portals is mapped authority by authority and re-verified periodically; rows marked “platform inferred” are a strong platform match we haven't individually re-checked. We don't scrape these portals — we route you to them lawfully. Northern Ireland is not covered.
