What we cover, and what we don't.
Every tender platform claims to have everything. None of them shows you. This page lists the sources we collect from, how fresh each one is right now, and the procurement portals we do not collect from at all — because a gap you know about is worth more than a promise you can't check.

Measured from the newest notice we actually hold, not from whether a connector is switched on. If something has quietly stopped, it shows up here.

We flag a source once it has gone 14 days without a new notice. Some quiet spells are genuine — buyers do not publish evenly — but a long gap usually means something upstream has changed, and you should know before you rely on it.
Portals we do not collect from
Many councils run a second, separate portal for their smaller quote work alongside the statutory registers. We do not collect from those, and that is a decision rather than a gap in the roadmap. Those platforms are not ours to harvest, so instead of scraping them we tell you which authority uses which one and send you there directly.
It affects 194 authority listings across 10 platforms — and 194 of them are below-threshold publishing only, meaning the work that would be missed is mostly small quote work rather than open tenders.

We collect from 3 of the 13 platforms listed, plus the statutory registers above.
What this means when you use us
- We tell you when a source is stale. Rather than serving you old notices as though they were current.
- We point you at the portal we do not cover. If an authority in your area publishes its quote work elsewhere, we name the platform and link you to it.
- We scope every claim we make. Our award figures say which registers they come from. Contracts awarded through other portals leave no trace here, and we say so on the page rather than in the small print.
