- Commit named local hires or a work-experience/apprenticeship placement for a disadvantaged group - e.g. one supported placement or interview-guarantee scheme for a NEET, care leaver or long-term-unemployed resident of the buyer's borough, with the 26-week sustained-job measure in mind.
- Pledge a specific local-spend figure - e.g. 'at least 25% of our subcontract and supply spend on this contract will go to businesses based in [the borough] or Greater London', and name the kinds of local firms/social enterprises you will use.
